It's all about
a lightweight breadiness. This tea tastes very much like a gentle breakfast tea. Bitterness and astringency are present, but even when pushed hard these remain relatively light. A daily drinker black tea.
the fruity baked goods aromas. Freshly picked blueberries in a cobbler. A very straightforward tea with no aroma/flavor surprises, though there are other surprises. The texture/body are conspicuously almost non-present. It tastes and feels more like a fruit herbal tea than anything made from real tea leaves. I’m curious as to what in the GABA tea creation process would result in such thin body and texture.
Another surprise - Usually the caffeine in teas make me feel a little scattered and unable to focus. This one was simply calming, with no head effects. Really nice and a tea I could see myself drinking before working on things that require pinpoint concentration.
