Add. info: sencha with added sakura petals and sugared sakura leaves
It's all about
hints of spring and sweet summer vegetables. This tea is a blend of sencha leaves, small sugar crystals, sakura petals for appearance, and sugared sakura leaves. The latter adds a hint of sakura and cinnamon-like scent to the strong sweet spinach taste of the tea. A delightful reminder of spring.
Note that the parameters used here (2.5g tea for 100ml water at 98C for 6 minutes) are not ideal. A higher tea:water ratio is preferred with shorter steeping times, though high temperatures are fine.
