that soft bitterness and metallic mouthfeel, with a surprisingly long and evolving fresh aftertaste. This tea is one that does not respond well to this style of brewing, giving a thin body and unripe greenness. It feels clean, however, just unrefined - like eating clovers from a meadow. I’d suggest gong fu style to perhaps pull out more nuance, and/or aging. The strong daffodil scent left in the empty cup is encouraging.
