It's all about

Simple bready notes with a throat-warming flinty roast texture. I typically find that the light roast tieguanyin teas walk a middle line between the strongly floral, sometimes harshly green notes of unroasted tieguanyin and the deeply sweet and fruity heavily roasted ones. This tea is no different - though it leans more towards the green side, the light roast has imparted a certain sweetness.
